Cancellation Policy

West Coast Centre for Regenerative Medicine Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all our patients effectively, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Naturopathic Services: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Tibetan Medicine: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Colon Hydrotherapy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide the required notice or missing an appointment will result in a $100 no-show fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
